A meeting with a delegation from Cambodia, led by Mr. Gnel Ratha, President of the Cambodia-Russia Trade House, was held at the reception office of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs. The Russian side was represented by Andrey Podenok, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the Union of International Trading Houses (UITH) and President of the International Public Organization "Moscow Association of Enterpreneurs."
Cambodia is a reliable partner for Russia in Southeast Asia. Relations between the two countries are developing in many areas. In 2024, trade turnover increased by 8%. Russian-Cambodian partnership in the agricultural sector has significant potential. Other important areas of joint work between Russia and Cambodia include personnel training, education, and culture.

The Cambodia-Russia Trade House operates in the Kingdom's capital, Phnom Penh. The signing of the agreement with the Union of International Trade Houses has allowed us to ratify the trade house's operations in Russia. This structure will be bilateral, enabling the full development of trade relations.
The meeting discussed numerous issues related to the supply of certain goods, digital payments, and the development of bilateral tourism.
