Mr. Malinovsky Roman

President of the Union of International Trading Houses (UITH)
Global Trade Architect
Initiator of the doctrine Multipolar Trade Bridges

Our Vision
We envision a global trading system in which:
international trade is resilient to political upheaval,
businesses operate without daily geopolitical uncertainty,
trade flows through neutral, adaptive, and reliable structures,
execution replaces theoretical coordination,
stability is created, not expected.

UITH sees international trading houses as the foundational infrastructure of a new global trade architecture.

Our Values

Neutrality
We operate outside political blocs and ideological agendas. Neutrality is not a declaration, but a necessary condition for sustainable trade.
Execution

We prioritize operational results over consultative frameworks. Trade must be implemented, not negotiated.
Adaptability
We develop trading systems that function in real time, constantly adapting to changing geopolitical, financial, and logistical conditions.
Responsibility

We assume full responsibility for the implementation of foreign economic processes, embracing complexity and risks.
Trust
We build long-term trust through transparency, compliance, and consistent fulfillment of obligations under challenging conditions.
Multipolarity
We recognize the multipolar nature of the modern world and build trade bridges that reflect this reality.

Dear partners!

Global trade is undergoing a structural transformation. What we can see today is not a temporary disruption, but a fundamental shift in the way international commerce operates.

Institutions that once ensured stability in global trade were designed for a world of predictable banking systems, standardized logistics, and relatively stable geopolitical relations. That world no longer exists.

Today, supply chains become obsolete while they are still being designed. Banks change compliance policies faster than contracts can be signed. Embargoes are imposed without transition periods. Logistics routes function as temporary solutions rather than fixed corridors, and customs procedures cannot be standardized when final delivery schemes are determined in real time.

As a result, businesses are forced to manage foreign trade reactively, under constant uncertainty. The cost of instability has become higher than the cost of goods themselves.

Business does not need more flexibility.
Business needs stability.

The mission of the Union of International Trading Houses is to provide that stability through practical, operational solutions. We believe the old architecture of global trade is no longer functional and cannot be repaired by incremental reforms. A new architecture is required — one designed for a multipolar world and permanent geopolitical volatility.

This new architecture is built on International Trading Houses.

Modern International Trading Houses are not advisors. They are operators. They assume full responsibility for foreign economic transactions — from adaptive supply chains and neutral payment mechanisms to customs clearance and warehouse-to-warehouse delivery. They operate in real time, absorbing volatility so businesses do not have to.

International Trading Houses function as Trade Bridges — neutral, flexible, and operational links between countries, regions, and companies. Neutrality is not a political statement; it is an operational necessity.

The concept of /Multipolar Trade Bridges/ reflects the reality of the modern global economy: no single center, no permanent corridors, and no universal routes. Trade flows through multiple bridges, not through rigid hierarchies.

The Union coordinates this emerging global infrastructure by connecting International Trading Houses across regions, aligning operational principles, and creating trusted frameworks for neutral trade execution.

Sincerely Yours,

Roman Malinovsky
