Departament of Digital Financial Assets of the Union of International Trading Houses UITH provides assistance in implementing activities aimed at developing technologies using distributed registries, blockchain technologies, science and technology, rehabilitating domestic creative potential, popularizing scientific achievements and advanced technologies, and using the results of scientific research;

- forming a single scientific and technical space;

- increasing internal costs for the development of the digital economy from all sources;

- creating a sustainable and secure information and telecommunications infrastructure for high-speed transmission, processing and storage of large volumes of data, accessible to all organizations and households;

- using predominantly domestic software by government agencies, local governments and organizations

- promoting the development of the digital financial market and protecting the rights of consumers of digital financial assets by increasing the level of financial and digital literacy of the population of the Russian Federation.
